A Regular Meeting of the Charter Township of Oxford Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on Monday, September 13, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. in the evening, at the Oxford Veterans' Memorial Civic Center (2nd Floor), 28 N. Washington, Oxford, MI 48371, to consider the following request:

VARIANCE FOR SIGNAGE
The subject property is located on the west side of Gateway Drive west of Lapeer Road (M-24) between Market Street and First Street in the O (Office) Zoning District within the Township of Oxford, Michigan.
Approval of this application, as submitted, would require two (2) variances from the Charter Township of Oxford Zoning Ordinance # 67A, as follows:
ARTICLE 9.8 – SIGNS IN NON-RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS

The Charter Township of Oxford will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audiotapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting/hearing.
