September 01, 2010 - Bridgewood Church held their second annual "One Day to Feed the World" on Aug. 29. Through the non-profit organization Convoy of Hope they helped feed the hungry worldwide.
They beat their goal of $7,500 and raised $14,000, with help from sponsors and the community.
The day included a 5K run, a family one mile, inflatables and gymnastic course for kids. There was also a rally in the sanctuary with the Praise and Worship Band, with special guest speakerr County Executive L. Brooks Patterson.
