NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Regular Meeting
The Charter Township of Brandon Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing September 29, 2010 at 7:30 P.M. at Brandon Township Offices, 395 Mill Street, Ortonville, Michigan 48462 to hear the following appeals.
1) Appeal # 011-10 Sidwell # 03-23-201-015
Name: Tom Vittetoe
Location: 716 Wallace Trail
A. Applicant request variance of 80 square feet to build a pole barn 1280 square foot (by ordinance 1200 square foot is allowed).
B. Applicant request variance for a height of 1' 1" (1 foot 1 inch) for his pole barn which will be at 21 feet 1 inch (by ordinance 20 feet is required).
