September 15, 2010 - Spikers won their first league match-up in the season.

They beat OAA Red challenger Birmingham Seaholm, 3-0 (25-15, 25-23, 29-27).

The girls head to Farmington next Tuesday. JV begins at 5:30 p.m., varsity follows.


The Boys Varsity Soccer team lost to Troy on Tuesday night, 1-0. They host Youth Soccer Night on Thursday. JV begins at 5:30 p.m., varsity follows.


The Girls Cross Country team took second place in their first OAA Jamboree after scoring 56 points.

Troy finished first with 51 points.

Natalie Smith led the Lady Wolves at third place, 19:33. Andrea Butler took tenth, 20:24.

The Boys Cross Country team finished in third place in their first OAA Jamboree.

Lake Orion finished first with 43 points, Birmingham Seaholm, 50 points and Clarkston scored 78 points.

Adam Bruderick led the runners and finished in fifth, 16:59. Sam Tanielian also finished in the top ten, at eighth place, 17:08.


The Boys Varsity Tennis team lost to Lahser on Tuesday night, 6-0.

The boys head to Lake Orion on Thursday and begin at 4 p.m.
