1. Agenda approved as amended
2. Consent agenda approved
3. Call to Public: Joe Tackett, Elizabeth Reitz in attendance
4. Circulation stats down 3.81% from previous year
5. Abraham/Gaffney 3-year contract as library auditor approved
6. Resolution for library's tax millage rate for the 2010 tax year approved.
7. Approved resolution for 1.4189 mills be be levied for the 2010 tax year.
8. Approved resolution to adopt the proposed 2011 budget.
Meeting adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
