Called meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

All Members present.

Pledge, Supervisor Matthew Gibb. Invocation, Pastor Rhonda Chapman, Bethany Tabernacle.

Supervisor presented Fire Prevention Week and Domestic Violence Awareness Month Proclamations.

Approved payment of bills in the amount of $1,230,836.33 and payrolls of $166,911.67.

Total disbursement of funds of $1,397,748.00.

Approved Agenda, as amended. Approved Consent Agenda, as presented.

Approved Minutes, Special Meeting: Parks & Recreation Millage Discussion, Monday, August 23, 2010.

Approved Minutes, Special Meeting: Budget Work Session, Tuesday, August 24, 2010.

Approved Minutes, Regular Meeting, Monday, August 30, 2010.

Approved Minutes, Special Meeting, Budget Work Session, Tuesday, August 31, 2010.

Authorized Funding for Employee Flu Shots.

Approved Solicitation Request: Cub Scout Pack #37 Popcorn Sales.

Authorized Supervisor to sign Municipal Credit Contract for SMART FY 2011.

Received and Filed Orion Township Public Library 2011 Budget.

Approved Outdoor Assembly License Application: Girl Scout Troop 13165 Being Prepared Fair, subject to Fire & Building Department Approval.

Authorized funding $500 towards the cost of insurance for the Lake Orion Pumpkin Launch.

Adopted Proposed 2010 Millage Rates Resolution.

Held Truth-In-Budgeting Public Hearing 2010 Millage Rates.

Adopted Actual 2010 Millage Rates Resolution.

Presentation: 1000 Conversations about Mental Health.

Postponed consideration of 2011 Safety Path Projects.

Held First Reading: PC-2010-11, LRM Associates LLC Rezoning Request.

Held First Reading: PC-2010-09, Indianwood Junction Final PUD Plan & Agreement.

Authorized construction of a new Senior Community Center on property located south of Orion Oaks Elementary School, with the cost not to exceed $3,569,563.00, with funds to come from both Eagle Valley Host Fee Funds and ONTV/OCCCC.

Approved Amended Job Description for Operations Manager, titled changed to Operations Director, salaried at $58,200 annually.

Amended the administrative fee charged to the Safety Path Fund to $36,275.

Received and filed Treasurers Investment Report.

Received and filed Amphitheater Status Report.

Received and filed Information Concerning Glass-Steagal Act.

Authorized DTE Energy Retrofit for Township Hall.
