ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR WINTER MAINTENANCE
The Charter Township of Oxford is seeking sealed bids for the winter maintenance for the following:
• OXFORD TOWNSHIP HALL, 300 DUNLAP ROAD, OXFORD, MI
• OXFORD VETERAN'S MEMORIAL CENTER 28 N. WASHINGTON, OXFORD, MI
• OXFORD TOWNSHIP CEMETERIES (4 LOCATIONS)
• OXFORD TOWNSHIP SAFETY PATHS (4 LOCATIONS)
Bid packets are available at the Clerk's Office, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm. They can also be viewed on the Oxford Township website at www.oxfordtownship.org
Sealed bids will be received at the Township Clerk's office at the Charter Township of Oxford, 300 Dunlap Road, Oxford, MI 48371 until 4 p.m. local time, Monday, October 4, 2010, at which time the bids will be publicly opened. Proposals shall be submitted on the Proposal Form provided in the Bid Packet. Faxed copies will not be accepted.
The Charter Township of Oxford reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, and to waive any informalities therein when such waiver is in the interest of the Charter Township of Oxford, and to award the contract to other than the low bidder.
Bids shall remain firm for a period of ninety (90) days.
