2. Approved Consent Agenda, which included the following items:
· Township Board Minutes for the Regular Meeting of August 2, 2010 with clerical corrections.
· Township Board minutes for the Special Meeting of August 9, 2010.
· Township Board minutes for the Special Meeting of August 30, 2010.
· Regular Bills in the amount of $48,730.42.
· Pre-pays in the amount of $344,412.07.
· Trustees' Timesheets in the amount of $1,302.00.
3. Approved Supervisor – Budget Amendments for 2010.
4. Approved Supervisor – Ortonville411 Request for OTV Programs.
5. Approved Treasurer – Allocation of D.A.R.E. Funds to B.G.Y.A.
6. Approved Supervisor – Decline Purchase of Foreclosed Land Sale Properties
7. Approved Supervisor – MDOT Annual Permit Resolution #207-10.

2. Truth in Taxation Public Hearing
3. Approval of the Consent Agenda which included the following:
· Township Board minutes for the Regular Meeting of September 7, 2010.
· Regular Bills in the amount of $12,013.81.
· Pre-pays in the amount of $203,812.05.
4. Approval of Resolution #208-10 – Legault Road Special Assessment District Petition.
5. Approved the 2011 Millage Rates as follows:
· General Operating – 1 mil with the maximum allowable 1.0046 mils
· Police #1 - 2.8505 mils with the maximum allowable 2.8505 mils.
· Police #2 – 0.3995 mils with the maximum allowable .06781 mils.
· Library Debt - 0.75 mils with the maximum allowable 0.9530 mils.
· Fire Operating – 3.2983 mils with the maximum allowable 5 mils.
· Fire Equipment & Housing – 0.5922 mils with the maximum allowable 5 mils.
6. Approval of the 2011 Municipal Credit SMART Contract.
