NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Please take notice, that the Village of Oxford Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m., on November 1, 2010 in the Oxford Village Council Chambers, 22 W. Burdick, Oxford, Michigan to consider the following:

Applicant: Oxford Property Investment LLC/Dr. John Wilson

Request: The applicant is requesting a variance to, Ordinance #324, Article 4, Section 4.1.31 (C), Veterinary clinics, which require all buildings to have a setback of at least twenty-five (25) feet from abutting land that is zoned for residential use. The applicant is requesting a 10 foot variance on the south property line and a ten foot variance on the west property line.

This notice is given pursuant to the Village of Oxford ordinance #307, Section 23.06 which requires that all property owners and occupants within 300 feet of the above described parcel be notified by mail. Anyone wishing to comment on the above request may do so in person during the Public hearing or in writing by mail to the address below:
