NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a General Election will be held in:
Brandon Township
Village of Ortonville
Brandon School District
Oxford School District
Oakland Community College
County of Oakland, State of Michigan
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 2, 2010
THE POLLS will be open
7 o'clock a.m. until 8 o'clock p.m.
ALL POLLING PLACES ARE HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE
BRAILLE AND AUDIO VERSIONS OF VOTING INSTRUCTIONS ARE AVAILABLE
AT THE POLLING PLACES LISTED BELOW:
Precinct 1 & 2 – Fletcher Intermediate School – 300 South St., Ortonville
Precinct 3 – Oakwood Elementary School – 2839 Oakwood Road, Ortonville
Precinct 4 – Fire Station #2, 3065 S. Sashabaw Rd., Oxford, Brandon Township
Precinct 5 – Sashabaw Meadows Clubhouse – 4359 Dogwood, Clarkston, Brandon Township
Precinct 6 – Old Town Hall – 486 Mill Street, Ortonville
INFORMATION ON OBTAINING AN ABSENT VOTER BALLOT FOR THE ELECTION
Absentee Ballots can be obtained by submitting an application for an absentee ballot to the Clerk no later than Saturday, October 30, 2010, 2:00P.M. Absentee ballots can be voted in the office on Monday, November 1, 2010 up to 4:00PM.

PROPOSAL 10-1 – A Proposal to convene a Constitutional Convention for the purpose of drafting a general revision of the state constitution.
PROPOSAL 10-2 – A Proposal to amend the state constitution to prohibit certain felons from holding elective office and specified types of public employment positions.
