AND FOR THE PURPOSE OF VOTING ON THE FOLLOWING PROPOSALS:
PROPOSALS FOR THE STATE OF MICHIGAN:
A Proposal To Convene a Constitutional Convention for the Purpose of Drafting a General Revision of the State Constitution
Shall a convention of elected delegates be convened in 2011 to draft a general revision of the State Constitution for presentation to the state's voters for their approval or rejection?
A Proposal To Amend the State Constitution to Prohibit Certain Felons from Holding Elective Office and Specified Types of Public Employment Positions
The proposed constitutional amendment would:
Make a person ineligible for election or appointment to any state or local elective office or to hold a position in public employment in this state that is policy-making or has discretionary authority over public assets, if:
-within the preceding 20 years, the person was convicted of a felony involving dishonesty, deceit, fraud, or a breach of the public trust; and
-the conviction was related to the person's official capacity while holding any elective office or position of employment in local, state or federal government.
Require the State Legislature to enact laws to implement the prohibition.

MILLAGE PROPOSALS FOR OXFORD CHARTER TOWNSHIP (Not to be voted on by Village of Oxford residents):
Oxford Charter Township Millage Renewal for Police Protection and Law Enforcement Services
Shall the previous voted increase in the tax rate limitation on general ad valorem taxes as provided by law upon all taxable property within the unincorporated portion of the Charter Township of Oxford, Oakland County, Michigan, which will result in a tax levy in December 2010 of 2.9152 mills (2.9152 mills being equal to $2,9152 per each $1,000 of state taxable value), be renewed for a period of three (3) years beginning with the December 2012 tax levy through the December 2014 tax levy to provide funds to the Township for the purpose of contracting to provide police protection services and law enforcement services for the unincorporated portion of the Charter Township of Oxford, and shall the Township levy an amount not to exceed such renewed millage for such purpose during this period which will raise in the first year if levied an estimated revenue of One Million Seven Hundred Fifty Eight Thousand Two Hundred Sixteen Dollars ($1,758,216.00)?
Oxford Charter Township New Additional Millage for Police Protection and Law Enforcement Services
Shall the total tax rate limitation on general ad valorem taxes as provided by law upon all taxable property within the unincorporated portion of the Charter Township of Oxford, Oakland County, Michigan, be increased by 0.75 mill (0.75 mill being equal to $0.75 per each $1,000 of state taxable value) for a period of five (5) years beginning with the December 2010 tax levy through the December 2014 tax levy to provide funds to the Township for the purpose of contracting to provide police protection services and law enforcement services for the unincorporated portion of the Charter Township of Oxford, and shall the Township levy an amount not to exceed such increase in millage for such purpose during this period which will raise in the first year if levied an estimated revenue of Four Hundred Fifty Two Thousand Three Hundred Forty and 15/100 Dollars ($452,340.15)?
