PUBLIC NOTICE
SYNOPSIS OF INTRODUCED ORDINANCE
At its Regular Meeting of October 25, 2010, the Lake Orion Village Council accepted for first reading Ordinance No. 26.89, The Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Lake Orion together with the Zoning District Map appended thereto, which replaces in its entirety Ordinance No. 26.30 as amended.
The effect of this Ordinance is to replace in its entirety Zoning Ordinance No. 26.30 as amended, for all property within the boundaries of the Village of Lake Orion.
Second reading and adoption of this Ordinance will be considered by the Lake Orion Village Council at its Regular Meeting to be held on Monday, November 22, 2010. The complete text and map of the Ordinance is on file in the office of the Village Clerk (37 E. Flint St., Lake Orion, MI 48362) and available for public inspection during regular Village office hours. If additional information is desired, please contact the Village Clerk (693-8391 ext. 102.)
