Called meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
All Members present.
Pledge, Supervisor Matthew Gibb. Invocation, Pastor Rochelle Beckmeyer, Echo Christian Fellowship.
Recognition given to Senior Men's Softball League.
Received and filed Treasurer's Quarterly Report.
Approved payment of bills in the amount of $1,396,191.57 and payrolls of $93,674.77.
Total disbursement of funds of $1,489,866.34.
Approved Agenda, as presented. Approved Consent Agenda, as amended.
Approved Minutes, Special Meeting, Budget Work Session, Wednesday, October 13, 2010.
Accepted Clerk Shults' resignation from Paint Creek Trailway Commission.
Authorized Board of Trustee members to attend the MTA Annual Educational Conference.
Appointed Tim McNaught and Tim London as Weed Control Officers, terms expire Nov. 12, 2012.
Approved 2011 CDBG Subrecipient Agreement with Oakland County.
Held CDBG Annual Application Public Hearing.
Approved 2010 CDBG Application.
Authorize Supervisor to prepare and submit a rezoning application regarding PC-2010-04 Text & Map Amendment to Ord. 78: Brown Road Innovation District (BIZ District).
Approved the sale of 2001 GMC Truck for $2,900 and 2004 GMC Truck for $5,800 to Gregory Wheeler.
