November 17, 2010 - Pine Knob Elementary students carefully walked around with a blindfold over their eyes while using a walking stick.
The fourth-graders participated in Disability Awareness Day on Nov. 12.
The students participated in activities providing a first-hand experience of what it is like to have a physical or reading disability.
Fourth graders in the district experience the opportunity every year.
