PUBLIC NOTICE
SYNOPSIS OF INTRODUCED ORDINANCE
At its Regular Meeting of November 8, 2010, the Lake Orion Village Council accepted for first reading Ordinance No. 14.20, An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 14.15 and Chapter 155 of the Code of Ordinances, Sign Regulations for signs within the Village of Lake Orion.
The effect of the Ordinance, if adopted, would be to amend the Zoning District designations to correspond with the Zoning Districts that have been defined in the recently adopted Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No. 26.89.
Second reading and adoption of this Ordinance will be considered by the Lake Orion Village Council at its Regular Meeting to be held on December 13, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. The complete text of the Ordinance is on file in the office of the Village Clerk and available for public inspection during regular Village office hours.
