Calf confined—sad, tearful indeed

November 17, 2010 - Dear Editor,
When I saw the picture of the young calf on the front of the Nov. 13 edition of The Citizen, it did not bring a smile to my face, only a tear. If one drives pass Cook's Farm Dairy you will see several young calves confined in areas no larger than a small closet. I find this very sad indeed.
