PUBLIC NOTICE
SYNOPSIS OF ADOPTED ORDINANCE
At its Regular Meeting on November 22, 2010, the Lake Orion Village Council adopted Ordinance No. 26.89, The Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Lake Orion together with the Zoning District Map appended thereto, which replaces in its entirety Ordinance No. 26.30, as amended.
This Ordinance, as approved, replaces previously adopted Zoning Ordinances and Zoning District Maps, in their entirety.
This Ordinance is effective January 1, 2011, which is at least seven (7) days after the publication of this synopsis, as required by law. The complete text of the Ordinance is on file in the office of the Village Clerk (37 E. Flint St., Lake Orion, MI 48362) and available for public inspection during regular Village office hours. If additional information is desired, please contact the Village Cleric (693-8391 ext. 102.)
