Meeting Synopsis
Addison Township Board of Trustees November 15, 2010 meeting synopsis. The meeting was held at the Addison Township Complex, located at 1440 Rochester Rd. Leonard, MI. 48367. The following Board members were present: Supervisor Pearson, Clerk Bennett, Treasurer Alberty, Trustee Boehmer, Trustee Brakefield, Trustee Gierak and Trustee Sutphin. The following action was taken:
• Approved the agenda as presented
• Approved the Consent Agenda with items; minutes of the October 18, 2010 with amendment to insert the name Colleen, Bills as paid for October 2010 and RCOC gravel expenditure of $42,462.00 from #101.751.749.000.
• Held a public hearing and approved the Resolution for the 2011 CDBG Block Grant program year.
• Approved the resolution extending the moratorium on MMMA (Michigan Medical Marihuana Act).
• Approved the Fire Department request to purchase the Konica Minolta copier for $1,225.68 and maintenance agreement.
