Call to Order

2. Roll Call: Albensi, Benner, Bailey, Helmuth and Stiles
3. Approval of Minutes: Regular meetings of October 12, 26 and November 9: set aside October 12 and November 9 for regular version; approved October 26.

A. Audit Status and Staff Report- Accounting Assistant: Approved part-time assistant through audit and thereafter up to 20 hours per week until new Clerk hired and transitioned
B. Police Services Proposal – Township: Approved presenting proposal to Township for consideration
C. DDA Ice Rink Proposal: Supported further subject to more information and rules
10. New Business
A. CDBG PY 2011 Fund Allocation: Emergency Services $3,554 (FISH) and $8,295 for new sidewalk construction on Pleasant Street
B. Consumers Energy Proposal for Gas Line for Generator: approved $up to $1,789.87 for gas main for new generator.
C. Love INC Request to lease space: set aside for information on current use in old fire hall building
D. MERS Plan Change Resolution: approved change for employee contribution as of December 1.
E. Meeting request from DDA: Set aside for date preference of DDA
F. DDA Winter Snow Removal RFP: Discussed DPW services and funds from DDA
G. Meeting Schedule for 2011: Approved meeting the 2nd and 4th Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.
