December 15, 2010 - Second-grader Tyler Gallagher won the NFL's Pass, Punt & Kick State Championship on Dec. 5.
The Independence Elementary student competed in the 6-7 year-old competition.

The competition took place at Ford Field during half-time, when the Detroit Lions hosted the Chicago Bears.
