December 13, 2010 Synopsis
Trustees Present: Baker, Champion, Peters, Eschmann, Waters, Skornicka, Wills
1) Approved agenda as presented.
2) Approved minutes of the November 22, 2010 Village Council meeting.
3) Approved minutes of the December 6, 2010 Special Village Council meeting with correction.
4) Accepted:
a. Treasurer's Report – November 2010
b. Fire Department Expenditures – November2010
c. Cable Station Expenditures – November 2010
5) Approved disbursements in the amount of $4816.74
6) Approved the Motion accepting the 2011 Village Council schedule as presented.
7) Approved the Motion accepting the resignation of Jim Rogers from the Ortonville Planning Commission.
8) Approved the Motion confirming the appointment of Melanie Nivelt to the vacancy on the Ortonville Planning Commission.
9) Reviewed the Joint Operating Agreement for the Brandon Fire Department.
10) Approved the Motion approving the 2011 Brandon Township Fire Department Budget.
11) Approved the Motion to hire Andrew Ball as a paid call firefighter/EMT subject to background checks and physical and drug tests.
12) Approved the Motion to amend Captain Flood's salary position from that of hourly to salary starting January 1, 2011
13) Meeting Adjourned at 8:34 p.m.
