Public Notice:

Pursuant to the provisions of Act Number 110, Public Act of 2006, as amended, a public hearing will be held by the Addison Township Board of Appeals, beginning at 7:30 p.m., Thursday, January 13, 2011 at the Township Complex, located in Lakeville, 1440 Rochester Rd., Leonard, MI 48367, (248) 628-3317 to consider the following:

Case No: 11-01

Applicant: Ellen A. Libkie

Location: 1985 Rochester Rd.


Zoning: Residential 1

Variance: Applicant is requesting variances for new house construction the variances are;

1. 9 feet and 6 inches from the north side lot line.

2. 5 feet from the south lot line.

3. 1 foot from the front lot line.

4. To build on a Non-Conforming lot with an existing conforming structure and to construct a new structure.

Written comments are welcomed. The public may appear at the public hearing in person

or by counsel. The application and information is available for review during business hours at the Clerks office. Please forward written comments to Addison Township Zoning Board of Appeals, c/o Clerk's Office at 1440 Rochester Rd., Leonard, MI. 48367.

When such a meeting is scheduled, notification is given to all persons who are property owners of record within three hundred (300') feet of all boundaries and publication is made one time only in the official designated newspaper.
