Absent:
1) Approved agenda as presented.
2) Approved the minutes of the January 24, 2011 Village Council meeting with amendment.

DDA Board Meeting Minutes – December 15, 2010
Ortonville Planning Commission 2011 Meeting Schedule
4) Approved disbursements in the amount of $6,330.38.
5) Discussed the Time Line for the Ball Street Bridge Replacement Project
6) Approved the transfer of $60,648 of cable franchise fees from designated cable fund 705-000-214 to the Charger Township of Brandon's general fund in 2011 and to remit $9,352 of cable franchise fees from designated cable fund 705-000-214 to the Village of Ortonville in 2011
7) Discussed the current status of the Public Access Channel
8) Approve the Consulting Agreement with Greg Normand with the following amendment under number 1, subsection D; it should read D. Provide services set forth on the attached list named "Services of Cable Consultant."
9) Approved the Motion to accept the revised 2011 Village Council meeting schedule with the addition of June 13, 2011.
10) Approved the Motion to move to closed session to review the dismissal of a former employee per the individual's request.
11) Approved the Motion to return to open session.
12) Meeting Adjourned at 8:55 p.m.
