February 02, 2011 - The weather was chilly Sunday, but that didn't bother the 150 or so folks who spent the afternoon sampling fine wines inside the warm and cozy confines of the Addison Oaks Conference Center.
Hosted by the 78-year-old Oxford Women's Club, the annual wine tasting is a fund-raiser for the group's scholarship fund, which benefits Oxford area high school seniors who wish to further their education.
The selection of vino from around the world was provided by downtown's Oxford Wine & Beverage Co.
A good time (hiccup!) was had by all who attended. – CJC
