Called meeting to order at 7:04 p.m. All Members present.

Pledge, Supervisor Matthew Gibb. Invocation, Pastor Steve Sanders, Lake Orion Baptist Church.

Presentation: Accepted donation of Defibrillator from Trustee Van Tassel.

Presentation: Reggie Harrison, Orion Art Center.

Received and filed Treasurer's Annual Report.

Received and Treasurer's Annual Review of Investment Report.

Received and filed Treasurer's Investment Report.

Approved payment of bills in the amount of $1,759,549.35 and payrolls of $168,587.69.

Total disbursement of funds of $1,928,137.04.

Approved Agenda, as amended. Approved Consent Agenda, as amended.

Received and filed Alternative Energy Personal Property Exemption: COBASYS, LLC.

Confirmed Planning Commission Appointment of Sandra Dyl to Zoning Board of Appeals.

Adopted E-Commerce Services Resolution and authorized Supervisor and Clerk to sign Agreement.

Extended Moratorium of Marijuana Dispensaries for an additional 180 days and referred matter to the Planning Commission for study.

Authorized amount not to exceed $500 for Carlisle Wortman to assist in the review and drafting of language to amend or adopt a medical marijuana ordinance.

Approved Solicitation Request: Boy Scout Troop #128 Bottle and Can Drive.

Reduced Sign Permit Fee to $25 for King of Kings Lutheran Church.

Scheduled special meeting with the Planning commission for the purpose of a joint public hearing regarding PC-2011-01: Kensington Church PUD for February 16, 2011 at 7:05 p.m.

Held first reading for PC-2010-04 & PC-2010-18, Text Amendment & Map Amendment to Ord. 78, Brown Road Innovation Zone (BIZ) District.

Referred revised Purchasing Policy draft to legal counsel for review.

Authorized Workshop for Senior Community Center.

Authorized Supervisor to request a release of $17,671.46 from Orion Township MMRMA account to General Fund to pay taxes for Indianwood Park Property.

Approved purchase of Sewer Jet/Vactor for $351,464, includes trade-in of existing 2002 Vactor.

Award Fire Station #3 construction bid to The Dailey Company for $1,487,000.00.

Postponed action for Outdoor Assembly License Application: Canterbury Village 5K Fun Run.

Referred Home Occupation Ordinance comments to Planning Commission for consideration.

Received and filed Liquor License Renewal Report.
