February 09, 2011 - Oxford High School kicked-off the year of the rabbit with a Chinese New Year celebration on Monday, February 7 at the OHS Performing Arts Center.
Audience members spent the evening in awe as students from OHS and Oxford's sister school, Northeast Yucai School of Shenyang, China, showcased the many different styles of Chinese performance and visual art, including singing, dancing, art, drama and musical selections featuring the OHS band and choir in cooperation with a Chinese composer .
A great time was had by all in attendance.
