Present: MaryAnne Thorndycraft, James Abramczyk, Mary Pergeau, Jim Phillips, Mike Luna, Bert Quinn, trustees; Linda Sickles, director.
Meeting called to order at 6:37 p.m.
1. Agenda approved as amended
2. Consent agenda approved
3. Call to Public: none present
4. Circulation stats down 7.9% from previous year
5. Asset Disposition Policy approved
6. James Ingram Bequest committee meeting 2/7 at 4 p.m.
7. Fund Development committee meeting 2/10 at 6 p.m.
8. Over $2,900 received in donations from newsletter envelope initiative
Meeting adjourned at 8:17 p.m.
The next regular meeting of the Orion Township Public Library Board is Thursday, February 17, 2011 in the conference room of the library at 6:30 p.m.
