A Regular Meeting of the Village of Lake Orion Board of Zoning Appeals will be held on THURSDAY, MARCH 3, 2011, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Lake Orion Village Hall, 37 E. Flint St., Lake Orion, MI 48362.
The following applications for Zoning Ordinance variances will be considered:

Proposal: The proposal is to demolish an existing dwelling and build a new 2 story dwelling with a walk-out basement and an attached 455 sq. ft. garage with living area above (second floor), requiring three (3) variances from the Zoning Ordinance, as follows:
