March 09, 2011 - Coffee Hour

Daylight Saving Time will be in effect starting at 2 a.m., March 13. Move your clock forward one hour.


At 7 p.m., March 24, the Brandon Township Library, 304 South St., will host the Brandon Community Park Club meeting. The BCPC is committed to raising private funds to finish the amenities at the Brandon Community Park, including baseball fields and a disc golf course. Contact kthurman@brandontownship.us

Brandon Twp.- Appointments are now being taken for the March Board of Review. Appeals will be from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. March 16 and 1 p.m.-8 p.m. March 17 at the township offices, 395 Mill St. to contest assessed property values in the township.

Craig's benefit

From 1-5 p.m., March 13, Mojo's, 4300 N. State Road, Davison will host a buffet dinner to benefit Craig Morgan's medical bills. Craig is the brother of Goodrich Girls Softball Coach Bob Morgan. Cost $10 adults, $5 kids under 12 years old. Details: 810-654-9757.
