April 06, 2011 - Wanted in Georgia

On April 1, at 4:30 p.m., a Brandon deputy on patrol northbound on M-15 saw a northbound vehicle passing numerous vehicles on the shoulder while approaching Granger Road. The deputy stopped the vehicle on South Street and a check of the Law Enforcement Information Network showed the man had a valid warrant for extradition out of Atlanta, Ga., where he is wanted for theft and larceny. The man was taken into custody and lodged at the Oakland County Jail.

On April 1, at 10 p.m., a deputy at the Brandon substation took a report of malicious destruction of property. The complainant said just a few minutes prior, while he was traveling west on Mill Street near Village Court, an unknown person threw what he believes to be a golf ball at his vehicle. Upon examination of his car, he found a small dent in the rear driver side panel.

Tools taken

On April 2, a Brandon deputy responded to the 100 block of Wolfe Lane for a report of breaking and entering/larceny from an auto. The complainant said his company leases the lot at this address to park trucks. Between midnight and 6:30 a.m. March 31, someone cut the chain to the fenced yard and cut locks on four company trucks, stealing numerous tools. The case is open.
