RFB DUE DATE: Until 3:00 PM EDT on April 18, 2011 the Owner will receive sealed proposals for the work as set forth in the RFB specifications and proposal forms ("RFB documents") at:

Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at this time. Proposals received after the above date and time will not be accepted. Proposals that do not include a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the Owner and the respondent as defined in Michigan Public Act No. 232 of 2004 will not be accepted.
RFB documents will be available on March 25, 2011 and can be obtained by registering at the following website: http://www.vlbp.com/launch/wrighthunter/home.php.

Each response shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, money order or bid bond issued as security or guarantee, to be made payable to Oxford Community Schools in an amount not less than five percent (5%), as indicated in the RFB.
Withdrawal of any response, based on an Intent to Respond and a submission of a formal proposal by the date indicated, is prohibited for a period of ninety (90) days after the actual date of receipt and the opening thereof.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all responses, either in whole or in part, to reject a response not accompanied by the required response guarantee, or by other data required by the RFB documents and Michigan law or to reject a proposal which is in any way non compliant with the RFB requirements.
The Owner reserves the right to accept and/or adjust responses and subsequently enter into contract negotiations with any provider(s) based on the original proposal submission and the proposed offerings, which are considered to be in the best interests of the Owner.
