At a regular meeting of the Groveland Township Board, held on Monday, April 11, 2011, the following Codified Ordinance was approved by a vote of 5 - 0.
Amend No. 4. SUBDIVISION PLATS AND/OR SITE PLANS - under 2. NONRESIDENTIAL AS FOLLOWS: ADD:
OCCUPIED-CHANGE OF USE
(ALL COMMERCIAL ZONING DISTRICTS)
Partial Site Plan - administrative Review
Application Review Fee $2,000.00
Administrative Fee 820.00
$2,820.00
AND
Amend No. 5. ENGINEERING/CONSTRUCTION PLAN APPROVAL CHANGE:
Administrative Fee from $500.00 to $820.00 (non-refundable)
This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after their adoption and publication as required by law. Copies of the complete ordinances are available for your inspection at the Groveland Township Office, 4695 Grange Hall Road, Holly, MI during regular business hours.
