June 01, 2011 - The Clarkston Junior Equestrian Team lept to huge success.
The Lady Riders finished in second place overall during the District 2 Junior Equestrian Team meets in Armada, May 14-15. The girls led most of the first day of the meet and took second. Lapeer West finished in first and Romeo took third place.
Clarkston pulled out the second day due to extreme weather conditions.
"The coaches are proud of how competitively they rode in such rainy, sloppy weather," said Coach Jill Leek.
