NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Regular Meeting

The Charter Township of Brandon Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing June 22, 2011 at 7:30 P.M. at Brandon Township Offices, 395 Mill Street, Ortonville, Michigan 48462 to hear the following appeals.

1) Appeal # 003-11 Sidwell # 03-32-300-030

Name: Ralf & Daguar Contzen

Location: 498 Canal Drive

Request: Applicants request a variance to build an attached garage 8 feet from front property line. Zoning ordinance Section 46-215 requires 35 feet from front property line, therefore requires a variance of 27 feet.

2) Appeal # 004-11 Sidwell # 03-18-476-003 &

Name: Eileen McClennen Sidwell # 03-18-400-023

Location: 620 Granger Road

Request: Applicant request a variance of 5.6 times the width which is in violation by 168 feet. By ordinance 4 to 1 depth ratio is required.
