June 29, 2011 - "Wild Wild West" was the theme of this year's Teddy Bear Picnic held at the pavillions at Clintonwood Park on June 24.
Children ages 2-5 enjoyed dressing in western style as they had story time, hot dog lunch, pony rides, a Teddy Bear craft and teddy bear parade.
The event was sponsored by Independence Township Parks and Recreation and put on by Lisa McCoy, recreation specialist of Parks and Rec.
