Revision to Home Occupation Section 46-249 (2) m.
Revise section 46-249 (2) m to read as follows:

Addition to the Zoning Ordinance of Appendix A – Figures
By way of explanation for the addition of Appendix A – Figures being pages A-1 through A-15 inclusive, the previous zoning ordinance was a separate free standing ordinance. With the Codification that took place last year, the section in the zoning ordinance being Appendix A – Figures was unknowingly omitted. This was not noticed until such time as an explanation was offered to a resident whereby the figure page was referenced and noticed that it did not exist.
We are proposing no changes to the Appendix A - Figures, just inserting the previously omitted pages at the end of the existing zoning ordinance portion of the Code of Ordinances for the township.
As this section is a part of the Zoning portion of the ordinance it must be reviewed and recommended by the Planning Commission to the Township Board for insertion into the zoning ordinance.
SEVERABILITY: The invalidity of any clause, sentence, paragraph or part of this Ordinance shall not affect the validity of the remaining parts of this Ordinance.
