All Members present.

Approved payment of bills in the amount of $575,907.26 and payrolls of $76,733.72
Total disbursement of funds of $652,640.98.
Approved Agenda, as presented. Approved Consent Agenda, as presented.
Approved Minutes, Regular Meeting, Tuesday, July 5, 2011.
Approved Outdoor Assembly License Application: ATI Industrial Outdoor Training Event.
Received and filed Paint Creek Trailways 2012 Budget.
Set Dates for Union Negotiations & Budget Workshops.
Authorized Supervisor to sign Insurance Renewal and Stop Loss Agreement through Michigan Municipal Risk Management Authority.
Held First Reading PC-2011-15, Text Amendment to Zoning Ord. No. 78, Article XXIX Administrative Organization.
Awarded Water Tower/Control Valve Vault Bid to L.R. Mullins Contracting, Inc in the amount of $721,479.00 with a 10% contingency.
Awarded Scripps Road Turn Lane Bid to Commerce Construction & Landscaping, Inc in the amount of $81,091.52.
Awarded Orion Center Kitchen Equipment Bid to Great Lakes Hotel Supply in the amount of $86,360.00.
No Action taken on Bid for Orion Center Phone and Data.
No action taken regarding Purchase of Flag Poles – Orion Township Hall and Orion Center.
