NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Regular Meeting

The Charter Township of Brandon Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing October 26, 2011, 2011 at 7:30 P.M. at Brandon Township Offices, 395 Mill Street, Ortonville, Michigan 48462 to hear the following appeals.

1) Appeal # 012-11 Sidwell # 03-29-151-006

Name: Darius Reynolds

Location: 2445 S. Ortonville Road

Request: Applicants request a side yard variance of 10 feet to construct an attached garage 10 feet from side yard, 20 feet is required by Section 46-215.

2) Appeal # 013-11 Sidwell #03-10-300-004

Name: Dean Salley

Location: 3115 Hummer Lake Road

Request: Applicant request to expand the non-conformity by adding to one of the three structures.
