Remove Images Orion Township public hearing on Wednesday, January 6, 2010 Text Amendment to Zoning Ordinance No. 78, Outdoor Sales/Temporary Use Permits December 16, 2009 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Charter Township of Orion Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 6, 2010 at 7:15 p.m. in the lower level of the Orion Township Hall, 2525 Joslyn Road, Lake Orion, Michigan 48360, on the following matter: PC-2009-14, Text Amendment to Zoning Ordinance No. 78, Outdoor Sales/Temporary Use Permits; Section 2.01, Section 11.01, Section 12.01, Section 13.01, Section 14.01, Section 15.01, and Section 30.11; Providing for repeal of conflicting ordinances and portions thereof; and providing an effective date. You may send correspondence regarding this case to the Orion Township Hall, addressed to the Planning Commission, or you may attend the public hearing to express your views and/or concerns. A complete copy of the proposed text amendment is on file in the Building Department Office and the Clerk's Office and may be examined during normal business hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, until the date of the hearing.
