N O T I C E
A Regular Meeting of the Charter Township of Oxford Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on Monday, May 9, 2011 at 7:00 p.m.at the Oxford Veterans' Memorial Civic Center (2nd Floor), 28 N. Washington, Oxford, MI 48371, to consider the following request:
ZBA002.11 – Vacant – north of X-celsior Drive, west of N. Lapeer Rd., Oxford, Mi 48371 - Parcel 04-09-101-001 - Applicant: Charter Township of Oxford, , Oxford, MI 48371 – Property owner: American Aggregates of Michigan, P.O. Box H, New Hudson, MI 48165
The subject property is located in the Suburban Farms – 5-acre minimum (SF-2) zoning district, west of Lapeer Road (M-24) and north of X-celsior Drive.
Approval of this application, as submitted, would require two (2) variances from the Charter Township of Oxford Zoning Ordinance # 67A, as follows:

The Charter Township of Oxford will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audiotapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting/hearing.
