Monday, May 16 - A man on Coy Court reported someone entered his locked equipment yard and took a Legend dump trailer. The man informed officers that he was contacted prior to the trailer going missing by an individual who wanted to borrow the trailer to move a tractor.

Sunday, May 15 - A woman was arrested and issued a citation for under 21 consuming alcohol after police were called by her boyfriend after she reportedly slapped and cut him. The woman was released at the scene and went inside her residence.

Saturday, May 14 - An ex-employee was leaving threatening messages on his former bosses home phone. When confronted by Oakland County Sheriff's, the employee apologized for leaving the messages, saying he did it out of anger.

Friday, May 13 - A man on Lake Shore Circle reported one of his bottles of pain medications went missing from his living room.

Thursday, May 12 - Police conducted an area search of S. Washington after receiving a report of an intoxicated man driving a truck with children in it.

Wednesday, May 11 - An employee walked off a job on Market St. and took a circular saw valued around $500.

*A woman was cited for disorderly conduct after she showed up at her husbands residence, whom she was separated from, intoxicated around 6 a.m. The woman said her husband was inside the residence with her best friend and she thought they were sleeping together. The husband said it was his girlfriend and his wife showed up outside his house yelling, screaming and trying to kick in the door.

*A female Oxford High School student reported to Oakland County Sheriff's she had been receiving harassing messages from three male OHS students. When police interviewed two of the males, they admitted to sending messages and they agreed to write the female student an apology. The parents of the female informed police it was not necessary to interview the third male.

Tuesday, May 10 - A minor on Maynard Circle was issued a citation for underage consumption and possession of liquor.

*A woman reported to Oakland County Sheriff deputies her ex-husband pulled up next to her and her boyfriend while they were driving northbound on Lapeer Rd. and began following them and cutting them off and running several red lights. The woman stopped her vehicle on Metamora Rd., and her ex-proceeded to rear-end her vehicle. Her ex then ran up to the vehicle, grabbed the keys out of the ignition and tossed the keys in a field. The woman's boyfriend found the keys in the field and they left without further incident. The ex-husband was issued a citation for reckless driving.

*Oakland County Sheriff's assisted the Oxford Fire Department with a small residential fire on Danwood. The homeowner said he was smoking on the front porch of his trailer when he flipped the cigarette butt underneath the porch when he went to take his son to school, and the side of his residence was on fire when he returned. Fire Chief Pete Scholz said the fire was caused by the garbage underneath the porch catching fire.
