Remove ImagesIf it’s too loud, you’re too old! June 15, 2011 ![]() Hey, teacher! Leave those kids alone! Leonard student Victoria McClenaghan poses as a member of the legendary British rock group Pink Floyd. She’s definitely not just another brick in the wall. Oxford's School of Rock was in session last week as students from Lakeville and Leonard elementaries paid tribute to the rock musicians who defined generations and forced millions of annoyed parents to utter those immortal words – "Turn down that noise!" Dressed as various members of the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame, the kids created a living wax museum at Oxford High School. With the simple press of a button, each figure came to life and recited numerous facts about the rock legends they were portraying. The students then took to the OHS stage to perform hits from the Beach Boys, Beatles, Van Halen and Michael Jackson. – Editor C.J. Carnacchio |
