The Charter Township of Brandon Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing August 24, 2011 at 7:30 P.M. at Brandon Township Offices, 395 Mill Street, Ortonville, Michigan 48462 to hear the following appeals.
1) Appeal # 010-11 Sidwell # 03-07-201-017
Name: Tony Young
Location: 720 Sands
Request: Applicants request a variance to construct an accessory building in his front yard. Section 46-
242 (1) c. does not allow structures in the front yard.
2) Appeal # 011-11 Sidwell # 03-30-403-014
Name: John Wolfert
Location: 453 Bald Eagle Lake Road
Request: Applicant request a variance of 484 square foot to build an accessory building 624 square foot. By Section 46-242 (1) c.3 shall not exceed more than a 1000 square foot in R1-A
