Washington, Oxford, Michigan 48371. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comments on proposed amendments to Zoning Ordinance 67A, regarding: Article 2 Definitions – Add - Electronic Signs Article 3.5 – Schedule of Use Regulations – Add new Special Land Use – Convalescent/Nursing Home Article 3.7(E) – Schedule of District Regulations – Permitted Yard Encroachments Article 6.2( C) – General Provisions – Accessory Buildings and Structures Article 9.5(J) – Signage – Menu Boards Article 9.8(L) – Add Electronic Message Signs Documents are available for inspection at the Township Building Department, during normal business hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. The Charter Township of Oxford will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audiotapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting/hearing.
