Lisa Kaul of Clarkston won first- and second-place honors in the Clarkson Center for the Performing Arts Photography Contest.

Kaul's Torch Lake photo earned the first-place prize, a $100 savings bond from Clarkston State Bank.

Her second-place photo of an autumn weeping willow tree earned a $75 gift card from the Clarkston Union.

John Meyland of Clarkston won third place for his image of a Hummingbird Moth. He received a gift card from Essence on Main and Clarkston Dairy Queen.

Voters cast ballots in front of the Clarkston Conservatory of Music on Main Street during Taste of Clarkston, Sept. 25.

Meyland's photo was judged Best of Show by Beth Sayles, owner of Sayles Studio, earning him a pair of tickets to a Clarkston Village Players show.

Each vote included a $1 donation to support the future home of Clarkson Center for the Performing Arts.
