Trick-or-Treat with Santa

From 2-4 p.m. Oct. 23, in Crossman Park, downtown Ortonville, the MOMS Club of Ortonville-Goodrich will host "Trick-or-Treat with Santa." Kids ages 12 and under are welcome to join. Donations of a new, unwrapped toy to benefit the Community Christmas Toy Store are encouraged. Details: Andrea Pfarrer, 937-572-0940.

Public needs meeting

Beginning at 10 a.m., Nov. 2, in the lower level meeting room of the Village of Goodrich offices, 7338 S. State Road, Goodrich, a Community Development Public Needs Hearing will be held to discuss the needs of the community as well as project proposals. Details: 810-636-2570.

Harvest dinner

From 4-7 p.m., Nov. 2, the Christ Lutheran Church, 5245 Hadley Road, Goodrich, will host their annual Harvest Dinner.

The menu includes turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, kielbasa, sauerkraut, German potatoes, squash and assorted pies.

Also, a bake sale and bazaar will be held. Profits will go toward a new roof for the education wing of the church. Details: 248-627-4429.

Halloween party

From 4-7 p.m., Oct. 29, the Edna Burton Senior Center, 345 Ball St., will host a Halloween Party. Menu includes sloppy joes, chips, salads, desserts, and cider. Costumes optional. Cost $8 adult and $5 children 8 and under. Details: 248-627-6447.
