Friends flock to flavor fest

Sampling some fine wine are Becky and Tony Plunkett, of Addison Township.
It was a perfect evening Oct. 27 at Addison Oaks as the Friends of the Addison Township Public Library hosted its annual Flavor Fest.

The delightful evening included a selection of fine wines and fine foods along with a dazzling array of silent auction items.

Around 120 tickets were sold for the event, which netted approximately $5,300 for the Friends group. All of the money will benefit the Addison library.– CJC
