A Regular Meeting of the Charter Township of Oxford Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on Monday, December 12, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. in the evening, at the Oxford Veterans' Memorial Civic Center (2nd Floor), 28 N. Washington, Oxford, MI 48371, to consider the following request(s):

The subject property is located east of Lapeer Road (M-24) south of E. Drahner Road. and north of Indian Lake Road in the C-2 (General Commercial) Zoning District within the Township of Oxford, Michigan.
Approval of this application, as submitted, would require two (2) variances according to Zoning Ordinance 67A, Article 3.7(C) – Schedule of District Regulations.
