The Charter Township of Brandon Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing January 25, 2012 at 7:30 P.M. at Brandon Township Offices, 395 Mill Street, Ortonville, Michigan 48462 to hear the following appeals.

Request: Applicants request a "non-conforming lot of record" variance:
1. North side 5.6 feet variance for a setback of 4.4 feet. Section # 46-215
2. A. South side 16.1 feet for the porch setback of 3.9 feet. Section # 46-215
B. South side 12.3 feet for building wall setback of 7.7 feet. Section # 46-215
C. South side 4.9 feet for remaining building wall setback of 15.1 feet. Section #46-215
