Remove Images Addison Township TRUTH IN TAXATION HEARING AND THE 2012/13 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET March 07, 2012 ADDISON TOWNSHIP PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING FOR TRUTH IN TAXATION HEARING AND THE 2012/13 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET Please be advised a Public Hearing for Truth in Taxation and Public Hearing for the 2012/13 fiscal year budget will be held on March 19, 2012 at the regular scheduled Board meeting. The meeting will be held at the Township Complex, located at, 1440 Rochester Rd. Leonard, MI. 48367. The meeting/hearings shall be called to order at 7:30, or shortly thereafter, by the Supervisor. Public Hearings: 1. Truth in Taxation: "The property tax millage rate proposed to be levied to support the proposed budget will be a subject of this hearing." 2. Budget. The Budget hearing will cover the proposed expenditures and estimated revenue of the 2012/13 fiscal year budget. The budget shall be presented for review, adjustments, discussion and/or action on the general appropriations resolution. Public attendance and participation at the meeting is encouraged and welcomed. Copies of the draft budget are available to inspect, review, and/or purchase during office hours.
